- seasoned business professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as the CEO and partner of American Fence, overseeing all aspects of the business, including estimating, budgeting, hiring, and managing operations related to contracts and project completion. Prior to this, Paul owned and operated Electrical Services Plus, LLC, a project management and electrical contracting company that he established in 2017. He also served as the VP of Development and Construction and Partner at Landmark Leisure Group, where he developed and implemented over 300 dining and entertainment concepts in 29 states. He holds a BA in Economics from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

Rick oversees all operations at American Fence and is a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction and fencing industry, including installation, sales, and project management. Prior to joining American Fence, he worked at Joyce Factory Direct in Charlotte, NC, where he drove sales growth by providing expert purchasing guidance, promoting complementary products, and executing effective brand marketing and sales initiatives. Originally from Ontario, New York, Rick is also a dedicated New York Giants fan.

Andrew coordinates bid packages and leads sales efforts with a customer-first, solutions-oriented approach and a strong growth mindset focused on the Charlotte market. Prior to joining American Fence, he began his sales career with the Carolina Panthers, where he sold season tickets, luxury suites, and hospitality packages while developing a full-service, relationship-driven approach to client success. A Charlotte native, Andrew graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022.

Julie oversees all invoicing and bookkeeping for American Fence and brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and business management. Prior to joining American Fence, she worked with Compass Group in Charlotte, where she led regional human resources initiatives with a strong focus on timely goal execution and organizational efficiency.
